Green Deal Arrangements Agreement (GDAA)
The Green Deal Arrangements Agreement (GDAA) is the multi-party agreement between electricity Suppliers and Green Deal Providers. It sets out the governance for payment collection and remittance of Green Deal charges.
An elected Panel comprised of GDAA Parties is responsible for overseeing the GDAA including considering:
- Applications to become a new Party;
- Operational issues and change requests;
- Derogations;
- Breaches and defaults in relation to the GDAA; and
- Appeals and disputes.
The Green Deal Oversight and Registration Body (GD ORB) fulfils the role of Panel Secretary.
The GDAA was published on 1st October 2012 and is available for download from the right hand side of this web page.
